Mir Holding was founded in 1987 with the aim of making inroads into the sectors in which it operates today. The first outcome of the activities conducted by its founder in his area of expertise for R&D (research and development) purposes was in the pipe sector, and this gave rise to Dizayn Grup. Dizayn Group, our first industrial company, currently manufactures pipes ranging from 20 mm to 8 m in diameter and from 0.5 bar to 200 bar in pressure to meet diverse needs across all sectors.

Mir Holding comprises 17 companies operating in the pipe, energy, construction, and defense industries, all of which continue to conduct extensive R&D activities across a wide range of fields.

Our Turkish factory has been serving in Çorlu for many years and continues to expand and grow. Later, in Germany—the heart of engineering—a facility was established to bring our proprietary know-how to Europe and neighboring regions. At the opening ceremony of this facility, Ms. Angela Merkel was present and expressed her satisfaction regarding the value our organization would bring to her country.

Additionally, Mir Holding is a partner and a member of the Board of Directors of Istanbul University Technopark.

- It has successfully completed the defense industry’s largest-budgeted project in our country. It is the third company in the world to possess this technology, following the United States and Canada.
