Founded in 2000, Üçay Engineering offers a wide range of services and products with a focus on sustainability and technological innovation. In 2020, Üçay Engineering entered the e-mobility sector and continues to support its vision regarding the widespread adoption of electric vehicles and environmental sustainability.

Isomer Heating and Cooling Center Inc. (Isomer), which became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Üçay Engineering in 2022, was established in 2019 under its new name, ELARIS Energy Investments Inc. (ELARIS). ELARIS engages in business-to-business (B2B) trade of materials used in Üçay Engineering’s operational areas. ELARIS has also been designated as an “Electric Vehicle Charging Network Operator” under License No. ŞH/11116-2/00025, issued by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) on August 11, 2022, and valid until 2072. The Company’s subsidiary, Isomer Heating and Cooling Center Inc., changed its name on March 29, 2024, and its new name is “ELARIS Energy Investments Inc.”
