Improving quality of life depends on many factors, such as healthy nutrition, consumption of clean products, and physical and mental well-being. Among these, nutrition is one of the most fundamental elements due to its direct impact. In nutrition, fats play a vital role as both an energy source and a basic component of cellular structures.
This is how Harmandalı Olive Oils was born. The goal of its founder, Canan Yüce Şen, is to bring additive-free, reliable, and high-quality olive oil to the table to improve the quality of life through nutrition.
Our olive oils are obtained by pressing olives grown in the fertile lands of the Aegean region using traditional methods and without any chemical processing. Each batch is meticulously controlled through sensory, chemical, and physical analyses.
We do not offer any product that we would not safely consume at our own table.
OUR BRAND AND LOGO STORY
Culture is a dynamic whole that encompasses a society's way of life, values, and forms of production and expression. In this context, the olive tree is not just an agricultural product, but also a shaper and carrier of cultural identity, especially in the Aegean and Aydın regions. Knowledge, production practices, and social solidarity passed down from generation to generation have been shaped around the olive tree and deeply ingrained in the social fabric of the region.
Another carrier of this cultural structure is the tradition of the efe and folk dances. While the efes represent the free spirit, the search for justice, and the resistance of Anatolia, the role of women in this culture is of central importance not only in production but also in social solidarity and cultural transmission. Women reflect the fertility and resilience of this geography both in the land and in society.
We are honored to use our female efe illustration with the special permission of Mustafa Ali Kasap, known as "The Painter of Efes"; we sincerely thank him for his valuable work and contribution.

In Aegean culture, efe clothing is not just a style of dress; it is a symbol of honor, courage, and belonging. The purple jacket, in particular, carries a powerful meaning for female efes. Purple is the color of nobility and resistance. The purple jacket worn by female efes is a silent but magnificent expression of their choice to not merely exist in a male-dominated order, but to fight and lead.
Like the olive tree taking root in the soil, women in purple jackets have also taken root in this geography with their labor, resistance, and wisdom. That is why the figure of the female efe in a purple jacket featured in the Harmandalı brand is not just a visual element, but a reflection of our deep respect for the silent heroes of this culture.
"We sincerely thank our valued family, relatives, friends, and neighbors who believed in us on this journey and never withheld their support and good wishes." We thank everyone who trusts our brand, brings it to their tables, and ensures its sustainability.
