Narva Scandinavia AB
Narva Scandinavia NASC trades in light sources such as lamps and fluorescent tubes. The warehousing operations are conducted in Södertälje. Sales are primarily directed towards large customers in Sweden.
Since June 2012, we have been a primarily wholly-owned subsidiary of Teqnion AB. NASC works systematically to transition sales from older lighting technologies to new LED products for the professional market, in line with changing customer behaviors and regulations.
NASC aims to strengthen its reputation as a knowledgeable and flexible lighting supplier for everything from special applications in the professional market to everyday lighting. Work is underway to specialize the customer offering. This is a continuous process where new light sources and suppliers are constantly evaluated to ensure a competitive customer offering.
We are members of the Lighting Industry Association (Belysningsbranschen) and affiliated with environmental organizations such as the Trade Association for Producers of Electrical Equipment (Näringslivets producentansvar) and El-Kretsen.
A bit of history: The story behind Narva Scandinavia AB began in 1991 with the company Unilite Energiljus AB, which sold light sources from Södertälje. In 1997, Narva GmbH had the opportunity to acquire a share in the company, and Unlite Energiljus AB received exclusive rights to sell Narva's products in the Nordic region. Shortly thereafter, Unilite Energiljus was renamed Narva Scandinavia AB.
Teqnion AB is an industrial group operating in three business areas: Industry, Growth, and Niche. Through these, Teqnion offers leading products and specialist expertise within selected market niches.
