Founded in Istanbul in 1989 with 100% domestic capital, ÖZNUR KABLO continues to successfully operate as one of Turkey's leading cable manufacturers today. Since our establishment, our approach based on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction has earned us a strong and reputable position both domestically and internationally.
Our integrated production facilities in Tekirdağ / Çerkezköy, built on a total of 110,000 m² of open space and 70,000 m² of closed space, are one of the leading brands in the sector with their technological infrastructure, high production capacity, and expert staff.
Our Production Facilities and Growth Journey Since our establishment, we have launched the following specialized production facilities with our increasing production capacity and expanding product range:
• Factory 1 (1999) – 0.6/1 kV Low Voltage Cable Production Facility
Low voltage cables, widely used in energy distribution, are produced in a 20,000 m² enclosed area.
• Factory 2 (2006) – 20.3/35 kV Medium Voltage Cable Production Facility
This facility, with a covered area of 20,000 m², manufactures medium voltage cables used in infrastructure and energy transmission projects.
• Factory 3 (2007) – Electrolytic Copper Strip Production Facility
With a closed area of 5,000 m², this facility produces 8 mm electrolytic copper strip with an annual capacity of 70,000 tons.
• Factory 4 (2015) – Aluminum Conductor Cable and Solar Cable Production Facility
This facility, built on a 25,000 m² enclosed area, manufactures the following product groups:
- Aluminum conductor low and medium voltage cables
- XL-HFFR insulated and sheathed solar (Photovoltaic H1Z2Z2-K) cables
- AAC and ACSR type overhead line aluminum conductors
High Capacity and Integrated Production Every stage of production in our facilities is managed with integrated structures and supported by high capacity:
Annual Production Capacities:
- 70,000 tons of Electrolytic Copper Foil
- 15,000 tons of Aluminum Foil
- 40,000 tons of PVC Granules
- 15,000 tons of HFFR Granules
- 10,000 tons of XLPE Material
