High-Pressure Steam and Hot Water Boilers

 *Designed and manufactured to meet the heating needs of large residential complexes, as well as the requirements of wood, textile, chemical, food, and similar industrial facilities.

*High-pressure steam and hot water boilers are manufactured in compliance with TRD (Technical Regulations for Steam Boilers), DIN (German Industrial Standards), TS 377, and EN 12953 standards. (Manufacturing can be performed under the supervision of “Turkish Lloyd” or “TUV” upon request.)

*Flue-tube boilers are manufactured with or without economizers, superheaters, and special water-tube pre-heaters designed for various fuels, with steam capacities ranging from 1 t/h to 35 t/h. Hot water boilers with capacities ranging from 1,000,000 kcal/h to 15,000,000 kcal/h are manufactured.

*In the manufacture of our boilers, main plate components are made from plate material certified for origin and quality, including DIN 17155, HII, 17 Mn4, 19 Mn6, EN 10028, P265 GH, P295 GH, P355 GH, and EN 102043-1.

*For boiler tubes, we use seamless drawn steel tubes conforming to DIN 17175, EN 10216, DIN 2448, and St 35.8.1.

*Our boilers, designed in the Scotch type, are highly efficient. Since the combustion chamber is designed according to the burner flame diameter and length, and the furnace load is below 1,100,000 kcal/m³h, flue gas temperature decreases, resulting in high boiler efficiency.

*Our boilers are manufactured with a large steam capacity to accommodate sudden steam demand.

*Special water separators are installed inside the boiler to minimize the entrainment of water droplets with the steam. This ensures that the steam entering the system is drier.

*The boiler is equipped with the necessary manifolds for feedwater inlet, steam outlet, surface blowdown, bottom blowdown, vent, safety valves, automatic level control, and level indicators; 2 or 3 cleaning manholes depending on capacity; and one access hole each on the front and rear sections.

 The ISO 9001 quality management system, which forms the foundation of our quality system, has been adopted as the model for design, development, production, facility, and service quality management. Boiler insulation is available in galvanized sheet metal, aluminum, corrugated aluminum, stainless steel, or painted sheet metal, depending on your preference.
