The materials used in manufacturing are certified for origin and quality; the main steel components are manufactured from DIN 17155 material.

Our boiler tubes are seamless, high-pressure special boiler tubes made of drawn steel in accordance with DIN 17175 – 2448 standards.

It is equipped with an environmentally friendly particulate filter made of silicone.

MECHANICAL COAL BURNER SPECIFICATIONS (STOKER)

It burns all types of lignite, pulverized coal (0.5–30 mm), and solid fuels such as walnut shells and apricot pits with high efficiency.

The combustion chamber is manufactured from special high-temperature-resistant sheet metal.

MODULATION SYSTEM

In our system:

Steam pressure, pot temperature, pre-furnace temperature, inlet steam collector, and flue gas temperature are electronically controlled and can be continuously monitored digitally.

The components mentioned above are interconnected via a safety chain. This ensures that the risk of the boiler running dry is reduced to zero.

Additionally, our system includes alarm and interlock features.

All pumps, economizers, etc., operating in the system can be monitored via a diagram on the control panel. (This system has been highly praised by our customers as a state-of-the-art system.)

The combustion air and flue fan are inverter-controlled, allowing combustion to be fully controlled, with minimum, maximum, and nominal combustion levels provided fully automatically at the touch of a button.

WENTA PREHEATER-EQUIPPED PRE-BURNER STEAM BOILER

A superb preheater and its equipment, specially designed by WENTA MAKİNA.

Specifically designed for BRICK COAL PLANTS, it continuously produces steam at 240°C, ensuring homogeneous production.

While the superheater draws steam at 240°C, steam at 170°C and 6 bar pressure is drawn from a separate collector for the molasses tank, roll press, etc., enabling the system to utilize steam at different pressures and temperatures.

This system has been well-received by our customers.

The superheated steam temperature remains constantly stable, providing exceptional ease of operation during production.
