Hydraulic Cable Lug Crimping Head 6 - 300 mm²

The XC130 (-26)NEO Hydraulic Cable Lug Crimping Head is developed for crimping operations in panel manufacturing, network infrastructures, and industrial wiring projects. With a 130 kN crimping force and a 26 mm stroke distance, it offers the same power and reliability as the C130-XX hand tool and BPE130 and BPP130X battery-powered hydraulic models. It features a mechanical stop system that ensures the piston automatically stops upon completion of the pressing operation. It allows for secure crimping of copper and aluminum cable lugs and sleeves with cross-sections ranging from 6 mm² to 300 mm², bare or insulated connectors according to EDF standards (E54 > E235), lugs according to DIN 48083 (KZ6 > KZ28) standards, and C-connectors from C10 to C70. Its compact dimensions and lightweight 3.76 kg body provide high mobility in challenging field working conditions.
