Mekanik Cable Cutting Pliers 500 mm²

Mekanik Cable Cutting Pliers are manufactured for cutting high-cross-section cables used in energy transmission and distribution networks, heavy industrial facilities, substations, and main distribution panels. It provides high-performance and smooth cutting for copper (Cu) and aluminum (Al) energy cables with a maximum cross-sectional area of 500 mm².

The specially hardened, curved steel blade geometry prevents the cable from slipping during cutting and avoids crushing or deforming the conductor strands. Thus, the cable end is ready for terminal lug installation or other processes immediately after cutting. The reinforced mechanical arm structure and optimized leverage mechanism allow the user to perform safe and effective cuts with minimal effort, even on very high cross-section cables.

Note: Not suitable for cutting steel-armored cables, steel ropes, or hard-drawn steel conductors.
