Hydraulic Cable Lug Crimping Tool 16 - 300 mm²

The YQK-300 Hydraulic Cable Lug Crimping Tool is manufactured for the purpose of crimping high-cross-section conductors in electrical panels, energy distribution facilities, construction sites, and industrial cabling infrastructures. It provides high pressing force for the installation of copper (Cu) and aluminum (Al) cable lugs and connecting sleeves within the 16 mm² to 300 mm² cross-section range.

Thanks to its internal hydraulic mechanism, it minimizes the user's physical effort, creating a resistance-free, fully contacting connection between the conductor and the lug. The hexagonal crimping profile grips the cable lug with uniform pressure all around, preventing overheating, electrical arcing, and mechanical separation. The rotating head design and pressure release valve offer operational comfort and quick processing capabilities in confined working spaces.
